FRANCHISE FEE: $350,000.00 U.S.

SEATING CAPACITY: 5,000.

SURFACE SIZE: 70 x 106

MANDATORY OF ALL LEAGUES:

(a) Lights.
(b) Home team locker room with working showers.
(c) Visiting team locker room with working showers.
(d) Officials locker room with working showers.
(e) Press Box.
(f) Working P.A. System.
(g) Working scoreboard.

TEAM MANAGEMENT/OPERATIONS. MANDATORY OF ALL LEAGUES.

(a) Teams must have a club phone number available year round.
(b) Teams must have a dedicated fax line number available year round.
(c) Teams must have a General Manager available year round.
(d) Team management must attend the USL Annual Operations Meeting and any League specific meeting.
(e) Teams may register a maximum of 26 players.
(f) A minimum of 14 and maximum of 18 must dress for each game.
(g) Each team must have 2 full sets of uniforms.
(h) Team logo and player number must be on front of Jersey.
(i) Player number must be on back of Jersey.
(j) Player number must be on the front of the shorts.
(k) League logo must be on left sleeve.

MARKETING PUBLIC/RELATIONS. MANDATORY OF ALL LEAGUES.

(a) Teams must produce a game-day program with proper league inserts.
(b) Teams are required to write and distribute a game preview and game review press release to the media each week during the season.
(c) Teams must provide specific stadium signage space for Umbro and any other League-wide sponsor.
(d) Teams must read League provided P.A. Announcements for Umbro and other League-wide sponsor.
