Is it not time to have a relagation and promotion system between the USL and the MLS?

2nd, USL and MLS are 2 differents organizations. I think that it already been an USL project but MLS refused it.

But Dirk is right though, it should be sol... within one league. The one and only...

I quite aware that its two different organizations, but that doesn't mean there can't be a merger between the two organization or even have a model similar to England, where the FA controls the premiership and the FL controls the lower divisions.

I'm all for the relegation/promotion system between the MLS and USL or at least the MLS and another league where Montreal could enter and then kick butts.

Never happen. The mere size of NA makes this unlikely ever to happen IMO. Euro leagues will get rid of relegation before it is ever instituted here.
