What I thought was a sure defeat beforehand turned out to be a not so predictable 0-0 draw.

According to reports and our local paper, VSK hardly had a shot a their goal but some excellent play from our defence and, above all, our keeper salvaged one point home to Västerås. Our offensive play consisted of hoofing the ball as far away from our goal as possible, not pretty but effective. Braz managed to get a yellow card again, meaning that he is suspended for the next game.

A bit of luck with results elsewhere mean that we now are sixth in the table with three points to the playoff spot and six to the top two. Hopefully we can bag three points on Saturday when we entertain Västra Frölunda at home, Frölund are among the teams above us so three points would be nice.

I might have asked before but do you know the average salary for players in the swedish second division?

Sorry Francois, I have no idea about that. I don't think it is very high, seeing as most Swedish players want to go to other countries to make money.

Remember that most teams in Sweden are semi-pro only, most teams in Allsvenskan are full-time though.
