This Proposal is seeking OSA Board approval for the Terms of League Operations for the Canadian Professional Soccer League. The Terms Of League Operations for this league was approved for the 2004 season and all teams submitted in the Teams In League dB were approved with the exception of the following teams:
1. Metro Lions - not yet affiliated to its District Association (ie., Scarborough S.A.)
2. Toronto Croatia - not yet affiliated to its District Association (ie., Toronto S.A.)
3. York Region Shooters - not yet affiliated to its District Association (ie., York Region S.A.)
<b>4. Laval Dynamite - the Federation Quebecoise de Soccer-Football has advised the OSA that this Club will not be operating its CPSL team in 2004</b>
