Just a small update from the weekend:
We played AIK from Stockholm, they play in "Allsvenskan", the top division in Sweden. Due to injurys they fielded a somewhat reserveside, strengthened with a couple of first-team regulars.
We started really well, in fact the entire first half was the best I've seen this season. We scored the first goal from a corner, they equalised from a spectacular freekick. We put them under pressure, nice open play from us and beside their goal, AIK hardly had a shot at gol in the first half.
We sunk back a bit in the second, AIK tried to increase the pace of the game. However we regained lead from a counter-attack, from then on AIK threw everything forward. They equalised with about twenty minutes to go, not much happened after that. Pictures from the game here:

All in all, we played really well, Braz looked confident. It looks like he is more comfortable on grass, I hope we will see some good games from him. Only one more friendly until the proper season starts, really looking forwards to it.
As for the managerial situation, no news on that yet. The club are (supposedly) meeting some mystery manager today, let's see what will come of that.

Yeah, I think so, unless he gets injured of course. I think he was quite impressive in the game against AIK. Our manager (in charge) seems to have Adam included in his plans at least...11 days to go....
Other news from the green&white camp:
We have loaned a player from Ghana(!), a young midfielder who has had try-outs with Manure and Borussia Dortmund. A new manager is inbound but nothing finalised yet, we'll see what happens.
BTW, Francois, did you get your book? Improved your Swedish?

The postage cost for that soccer book are very expensive....I'm still thinking about it. Here, our pre-season training has started yesterday and I think we'll have a strong team again this season...take care!
