impactsoccer 2004 : a lot of new features

The 2004 version of impactsoccer.com is now on-line. We are celebrating our first anniversary with updated sections and some new features.

First of all, our index was reorganised with new sections and a better classification of the archives.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the 1994 championship season, as you can see on the front page.
For this special occasion, we added a special section commemorating the 1994 title with some pictures to make relive that special season. We added some pictures to the existing history section and added a new “old photographs” section with pictures of the early years of the club.

One of the main new features is the stats page – in the “interactif” section - where you can review the season as never seen before. You can already view all the 2003 season and this section will be updated during the 2004 season on a game by game basis.

We’ve also updated the links section with the new clubs (and without the ones that left the league). We have added links to different webcasts of a-league action. More should be added during the season.

The stadium guide as been refreshed with the new teams and the ones changing stadiums. The Calgary stadium decision is still not confirmed and will be updated later on. The old stadiums, and the ones of teams that left the league, are of course still there.

The information on the club as been updated with the information from last season, in the sections club, records, scorers and trainers (club, palmarès, buteurs, entraîneurs).

As we get closer to the new season, we’ll be able to provide more news on the structure of the club, the new lotto uniforms and also to give you details on the ticket prices for 2004 still not published by the club. We would also like to add avatars to the forum. Please send us your requests.
