Second half and Gefle equalised after two minutes, this somehow prompted VSK to get going. Pace increased, we started to look like a football side and with help from our lightning quick attacker, Stefan Bärlin, we put Gefle under real pressure. It didnt take long for us to score, and with 20 minutes to go we were leading 3-1. Two players were subbed in the 76th minute, enter the small ghanesian Atiku. F***in hell, long time since I saw anything like that. Brilliant technique, speedy and some amazing passes had the Gefle defenders running in circles. He even managed to get us a penalty, this after being on the pitch for 20(!) seconds. The penalty was saved of course, what else did you expect?
Braz wasn't really tested today, but he certainly looks confident. Togheter with our other central defender, Feltendahl, they dominated our defence.
All in all, a brilliant second half from us, both our manager and Gefles thought we outclassed them. Feels good to be green & white today...
