C'est pas juste à Montréal. La pratique est assez répandue, certains groupes (re)vendent même les billets eux-mêmes. Par exemple, un match de U.S. Open Cup, un groupe se fait accorder un nombre X de billets, qu'ils vendent via leur site. Ils remettent une partie de l'argent amassé au club et récupèrent les profits.

Ici, on a 15 $ (pas 15 %) de chaque abonnement qui vont à l'association. Comme celle-ci n'est pas encore entièrement fonctionnelle (c'est long à mettre sur pied ce bêtes-là quand on s'en occupe de façon bénévole dans ses temps libres), elle n'a pas encore reçu d'argent et n'a pas encore de projets en cours de développement, malgré quelques idées, notamment un tournoi de foot...

Ceci étant dit, si vous êtes intéressé à contribuer au fonctionnement de l'asso, manifestez-vous.

There are two ways to see it. 1) We only have two supporters groups. 2) We have tons of people who are not part of the two groups AND we want to have more groups in the stadium.

Let's be honest. The Ultras do not need nor want the club's money. We do our thing, with our own money, and obviously, we don't need anyone's help to organize. However, for some, we're dickheads, elitists, hooligans and what not and lots of people, while admitting that we bring a lot of atmosphere to the stadium, do not agree with some of our views or don't feel like joining us for various reasons. And that's totally fine.

The Association is not "a middle man". It will organize events to get everyone together and hopefully grow the kop with new members and maybe new groups. It's like the social comittee of the kop, if you will. Imagine the possibilities: large scale tailgate with 127 once or twice a year, football tournament for the supporters, viewing party and so on. (These are just ideas I throw in the mix, nothing is set in stone)

Well the vision of the Asso hasn't been properly (or at all) communicated in the past so it's not a surprise that people wonder what is its purpose. It's nobody's fault really, it's a work in progress and the vision wasn't as clear 6-7 months ago than it is now. It'll be interesting to see the asso in 2013, as it will be its real first year of activity. To run this efficiently, we need people willing to bring people together and create one big happy family including everyone in 132 and 127... and beyond.
